Cloud Infrastructure / Systems Engineer
Remote (US)We're looking for an engineer with experience in healthcare integration engines, cloud infrastructure, and HL7v2 interfaces. You'll work directly on clinical systems integrations for hospitals, health plans, and medical device manufacturers.
Core Competencies
- Experience with Mirth Connect building HL7v2 interfaces
- In-depth knowledge of ADT, ORM, and ORU message types
- JavaScript / TypeScript proficiency
Nice to Have
- RxNorm, SNOMED CT, ICD terminology systems
- HL7 FHIR R4
- DICOM / medical imaging workflows
- AWS cloud services (EC2, RDS, S3, Lambda)
