  • Use the latest browser version for optimal rendering performance
  • Allocate adequate RAM (8 GB+ recommended for CT and MRI studies)
  • Use a fast connection for initial viewer loading
  • Verify files are valid DICOM format (not renamed JPEG/PNG files)
  • Check file size limitations in your browser
  • Ensure JavaScript is enabled in browser settings
  • Close other browser tabs and applications to free memory
  • Restart the browser if performance degrades over time
